Need help with selling books on Ebay for Library Friends Group, a charity.

I sell books on Ebay for a Public Library Friends Group. The book sale money goes into the Friends Charity's bank account.  3 weeks after a book sells, the Paypal Giving Fund takes the same money out of the same Friends Charity bank account and sends it back to Ebay. Why? I've talked with Ebay and they say they never received the money from the Paypal Giving Fund.  The charity is not making any money on book sales.  Ebay puts the money in and the Paypal Giving Fund takes it out. Why is this happening?  How do I fix this?
