I have set up a PayPal button on a client's website for a single €20 service. However the person filling in the form to request the service is often not the same as the person paying by PayPal (e.g. Jane Bloggs is paying by PayPal on behalf of her father Joe Stack). In these cases, the client is finding it very hard to match up service requests with PayPal payments. I have added a field to the request form asking for the email address of the PayPal account that's paying for the service, but they often don't fill that in.
Ideally I'd like to allow the person paying via PayPal (Jane Bloggs) to have the option to enter the name of the person requesting the service (Joe Stack) but I can't see any way to do this.
