transaction disputed

hey guys.a. buyer filled a dispute about a payment.i tried to reach to buyer multiple times and no response .I tried to message PayPal 3 times and also nothing .the payment is about to be expired and im going to lose it.can someone advise me what to do next?btw im trying to escalate it and its not working . thanks for any help

As you haven't said what the dispute is for difficult to advise.

Is it non receipt / not as described OR unauthorised/ chargeback.
