ebay buyer scammer got my $3000 item and a refund

I sent an item to my ebay buyer. A few hours later ebay contacted me with a suspicious buyer notification and told they had been removed from ebay. I filed for a USPS intercept. The buyer saw this in the tracking information and they demanded a refund. I gave it to them since I knew that I was getting the item back. The USPS called me and told me the intercept was successful and charged my CC for the service. The buyer then filled out a change of address form and foiled my "successful" USPS intercept by having the item delivered to them at a different address. They now have my item and the $3000 refund. Ebay says there's nothing they can do since I gave them a refund. Please help me get my money back.
