am I potentially being scammed?

Hi Folks
I listed an item on FB marketplace - a guy has said he wants it and wants me to post it to him - I agreed if he paid by PayPal.
He has paid (£170) - so no fees have been taken off so I assume he did it as friends and family rather than a purchase.
I'm just a bit nervous about it as his FB profile is VERY out of date and I can't otherwise track him down (as he is from Poland but lives in the UK).
So... my question is - am I opening myself up to being scammed (eg. I send the items but then he somehow cancels the payment)?
Any help to set my mind at ease (or vice versa) would be much appreciated.

If he sent using friends/family then yes you have no seller protection.
For an item that pricy personally i would only sell within the UK and send registered mail.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
