Wrong tracking added to escalated case

Hello, a buyer recently opened an item not received claim and quickly escalated to a claim. After accidentally submitting the wrong tracking info (by 1 number), I can’t add any more info. I did, however, add a photo of the tracking number and receipt from when I shipped last week (he opened a case way too soon) what to do? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that the incorrect tracking number was added to the case. If the case has not yet been reviewed, it may be possible to change the information with the help of customer service.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
To make sure to get in before the case is reviewed, calling may be the best option.
