Unauthorized transaction dispute, I cannot respond to it.

Hello,

A buyer claimed that a 299.0 GBP purchase of virtual items was unauthorized. I have read the seller protection policy regarding virtual items. I have all the proof required to be eligible for seller protection, but for some reason, I cannot even respond to the case. Do any of you know the reasons for this?unauthorized transaction which i cannot respond to.png
