I sold some tickets and buyer messaged me a few minutes prior to doors even opening to say they didnt work. I know they are legitimate and would have worked but think buyer decided not to attend due to poor weather maybe? They could not have tried them when they messaged me. I don't want to refund because I think they have been used. Any advice please?

Were the tickets digital or physical ? If the tickets were digital or electronic, then you may not be eligible for coverage under PayPal’s Seller Protection. You may have to wait to see if the buyer opens a dispute requesting a refund and go from there.
