Hello, so I have recently had a claim denied after I complained that the items I received were significantly different. what constitutes as significantly different. Dress one was a different fabric with a different pattern, was full length material sleeve in stead of being 3/4 lace sleeve, it had a round neck instead of a v neck, it had no ribbon tie around waist and no split in the dress.
The second dress also was a completely different fabric and had no grey at the bottom, the dress I received was a one shoulder dress with a thin strap but the dress I ordered was suppose to be long sleeve and it had a weird whole through the middrift which was not suppose to be there. I even sent photos of the dresses I ordered and the ones I received, I am absolutely dumbfounded how they not be classed as 'significantly different' could somebody please help me out on this?
