Hi, my PayPal is a US PayPal account but my products are being shipped from overseas. There will be tracking. Was wondering if this would cause any issues? Especially if the customer files a dispute and even though there is tracking showing that it's delivered, is it valid if it's shipped from outside the US? Thanks
