I sold a car part that was successfully delivered to the buyer. However, the buyer alleges damage occurred during shipping...which I don’t agree with. He now claims I have to allow him to fix it wherever he chooses at my expense. I simply want the item back and am offering a full refund. However, he refuses to send it back. To complicate matters, as a new seller, I’m not able to obtain the funds from PayPal for 21 days. Your advice is appreciated, before I engage my attorney to handle the matter.
