hi, is digital services such as pictures, covered by seller protection, as I mentioned in my shop policy that the refund is not acceptable if the item has been downloaded.
and what should I do if the buyer asks for a refund even due he downloaded the item ? thanks

You have no seller protection for digital or virtual content.
If a buyer 'wins' a dispute then you would have to issue a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
