Hey paypal community, writing for first time here. Ive been selling items for some time and so far had great experience but today it all went down. One guy made case on me and i know he’s trying to scam me. Guy made a case that he hasn’t received his item, but tracking shows that he has. He only have made one transaction in app with me i have 200+ and 100+ positive feedback. What should i do? Can somebody help me?

Does the tracking show online delivery of the item to the buyer?
Have you added that tracking to the dispute or did you use paypal shipping?
Advice is voluntary.

Yes, I added information - reciep and screenshot of tracking which shows - item is delivered. Ive sold over 400 items using that post office never have i ever had problems like this, tracking always was spot on. Im 100% sure its scamm, but im afraid because PayPal always is on buyers side
