Tonight at 9:50PM, I saled the monitor PG348Q for one person, we deal directly with each other by shipping and receiving money. However I still have some doubts as to if the buyer has received the goods but then he comes home and reports to Paypal that I am a scam dealer. So I can be forced to refund to him, and in case he doesn't return the item to me or returns the item but the product is damaged, what should I do?
