SELLING some stuff and don't wan't to be scamed with refund option!

Soo i have question,

I want sell my server from one game to some guy, he will send me money with paypal but problem is that when he send me money i will send him filles but he can refund money and he will take it back 100%..

So it's problem for me, because i take so much time to make it and now he can scam me...

Is there any option to disable refund option for payment ?

You would have no paypal seller protection so if you think you may be scammed do not go ahead or use a safer payment method.
