Hi I have issue which I never ran into before. Had Buyer for old texas Instruments system for 350 sell. But he has no feedback and has been member since January 2019, This seems odd to me i said i was gonna have to cancel payment. When i refund money he just paid for what do you do? Just click on paypal and click on refund button? That will not cause ,e any fees doing this will it? I just didnt want money coming out of my account. He just paid today.
