Problem with the buyer

Hello , I have a problem with someone who bought something from me and made me pay via PayPal. I sent the product and he said he did not receive it. He opened a case for me in PayPal where he said that he did not receive the package and that he wanted a refund. I refunded his money and the day after he went and picked up the package. I am now left without a product and without money. what can I do ? Thanks

You should have waited until the dispute process had finished before you refunded.

If you had supplied tracking then it would have shown as delivered to his area code and you may well have won the dispute.

But I called DHL and they told me that the item will be returned to my address.... the tracking status was the same the item will be returned.... the buyer had open me a case because the item not arrived after about 1 month.
