I had a paypal case cloased against me because i didnt respond. Buyer wanted refund and i just wanted them to ship it back first but paypal issued them a refund and closed the case but buyer hasnt returned the item. It won't let me appeal. So what are my options? Seems it would be easy to prove since the buyer doesnt have tracking.
