Hi, I used the paypal here app to take a payment from a customer and had to good delivered after a full payment was made. However after a few weeks, the customer had disputed that payment. And now paypal is asking me payback the money, there is negative balance on my account.
All customer service departments are closed. No one to help or guide through this. Except the collections department
