Payment received but doesn't tally in my Paypal Balance / MISSING MONEY

Can someone help me with this? It says Payment received but it doesn't tally on my Paypal balance but if this is already included in my balance then my remaining balance went missing? I badly need help, as I need my funds ASAP

My balance showed up a little after 6 am EST. Never heard back from their support. I also had to make an additional transfer this morning and it went through okay. I’m sorry it’s not working for you! I was looking at their twitter support account. They are pretty responsive on there. I’d call them out on Twitter if you have an account. Might help.

I'm missing $257.22 from a transaction and between Pay Pal and Optics Planet, none of the two can tell me where my funds are at. Please advice.
