I recently sold a used paraglider wing to this guy Ismael <removed> (username Chassis_Inc) on ebay and now the customer wants a refund because it's "dirty and unflyable", even though it was clean and in perfect working condition when I shipped. I offered to refund the wing if they would return it but I haven't gotten a response.
...so I looked up the guy online and found a couple threads.
It looks like he has a reputation for being a scammer and I'm afraid I lost my wing Aand paypal will refund him. Right now I have a negative balance in my paypal account and I am wondering should I keep the money in my bank account or should I put the money back into paypal and trust the system?
