Hello, someone hacked my email and card details and created a Paypal account and bought some stuff.  First, I received an email that "I have created a PayPal account" than another email "I made an agreement with games website" THEN "preaches invoice from this games website", all of these happened in no time. I don't know how they get a verified Paypay account without I make a confirmation through my email and how they get authorized for my card.  This happened again today with the same email, how does happened !!!! anyone has an explanation and what I have to do?    Thanks
