PAYMENT ON HOLD

Hi I sold an item and clearly indicated "no refunds". Buyer released funds so I posted item $26 later and it's nearly 3 weeks later and no money. Buyer claims it's unauthorized purchase. Wft? So I'm without my notebook, without my funds and I'm at a loss. Whose not to say I'll be forced to take the item back and who knows what state or damage it could come back in, if at all. It's a really poor process which doesn't cover all parties involved in doing business on eBay. Terms and conditions state it's every individuals responsiblity to protect our own privacy with regards to bank details, pin numbers etc which indicates to me my buyer is the one who breached this condition.????
