I sell items on ebay and use paypal for the transactions. A few weeks ago, I had to refund someone because the package was damaged. I did not have enough money in my account so my paypal went to -7.10 dollars. As of September 19th I have paid the debt and it was taken out of my bank account, but in paypal my balance is still negative and the payment is pending. Also, I've since sold another item as of September 18th and I still do not have that money or an option to accept it.
