I have a balance of $110+ but login-ed yesterday to find it down to $5+.
There was a case on ebay, my buyer has not received her item and opened a dispute (Item reached Mexico 2 weeks ago but was not delivered to her yet). Could it be that my funds are on hold until the case is resolved? There is no mention about the case in the resolution centre in my account.
I used to be able to call Paypal SIngapore but they removed the contact information. I am not even able to email them. Can somebody help?
