I had customer who ordered a product from me. It was mailed via USPS on July 6, 2020 as of today the customer has not received said product July 19,2020. During this time I have contacted the USPS and filed a complaint and they located the said package and now it is on its way to the final destination. But, said customer has already requested a refund and it has been issued. Now the customer will receive the package and the refund. How do I recoup my lost fees due to the slow shipping of USPS?
