I had a friend whom i saw all the time in person transfer me money from his PayPal account then we went together to take that money out ( never had to do anything other than accept the money and take it out for him) then 7 days later i guess he disputed it as unauthorized thus causing an investigation, since then PayPal has issued him a refund and now I'm -615$!!! How can I fix this when he in fact already got his money within the 10 minutes he sent it to me and i gave it to him????

If hes a friend then ask him why he filed a dispute and request he pays you back again?
