Hi. I am a vendor and I am selling something international. I understand that Pay Pal now takes credit cards for payment? I dont take international credit cards in fear of fraud. My question is - can someone burn me this way and pay with a stolen credit card they use via Pay Pal? Am I just as at risk asking for Pay Pal as I am a standard credit card? Thank you.
