A few days ago - my Facebook was hacked on my business page - I am locked out because they say I am not old enough to have a facebook account, please submit your drivers license for verification. Can take up to 45 days to get fixed (I heard nobody recovers their account after this) ANYWAY, then my PayPal had some advertising fees from Facebook - obviously, they were not from me. I put in a claim for it - it was $145.00 - PayPal came back with - it was authorized, but we cancelled it so going forward no more charges. I cannot find anywhere to "TALK" to PayPal about it, and because the case is closed, I cannot go further with it. ANY suggestions?
