FRAUD CUSTOMER TRYING TO SCAM

Hello Everyone,

 

Thank you for your time and interest in helping us.

 

Issued case by the recipient states that he has not received the package, However, the package is already signed by the recipient himself (D.<removed>) and delivered at 16.55hrs on 18th July 2020. Also note, this is a new customer and we have never done business with this buyer before.

1. Customer approached us on whatsapp through our IndiaMART site with his requirement of 5cts loose diamonds i.e for $1900.2. Customer requested to see the picture of the diamonds before shipping, we sent him the picture and video.3. Customer added another order of more 5 cts loose diamonds in the same shipment.4. Customer paid through PayPal for another order as well of $2900.5. We shipped the items and provided the tracking details to the buyer and same was updated in PayPal.6. Customer requested us on email and whatsapp to change the address to the nearby location, which we usually don't do, However, we both changed the address with FedEx on three way call and same was also requested on email. We helped him changing the address because he said it was his grandma's residence and she was not well, so we helped understanding the pandemic going on.7. Shipment was signed by the customer itself and delivered on 18th July 2020 at 16.55hrs.Important note- Customer issued the case on pay-pal after receiving the package saying he did not receive. Also, customer is not responding to us since the package is delivered and also blocked us on whatsapp now. Our money is blocked in PayPal now, we are very worried. We seek some advice on what should we do. Stay safe! Thank you.
