Sent the buyer a invoice to purchase phone back in July. The buyer dropped the phone and damaged it. He sent me pics. End of Oct 28. the buy opened a case. For a refund saying wrong amount or date. Don’t know what they mean by this. The buyer agreed to the purchase. Nov 4 the buyer was refunded. I’m feeling like I been frauded. Coming away with nothing.
