I’ve ordered a tire from company, and never received the tire even I received the text delivered, I have contact PayPal 2 times, but they favor the buyer and denied my case. Yesterday I came to the post office where they shipped the part and showed the the tracking numbers, and the showed me the address the tire shipped to was completely wrong address, the only right was the zip code, so it’s been twice PayPal denied me. Please tell me what to do. Thanks
