Hello everyone, I sold something and the buyer is claiming it is inauthentic, when they’re really having buyer’s remorse. Regardless, I offered a return offer and the buyer accepted. My question is: my account looks like this: available balance : ~$1600 pending balance ~$325. Prior, my fluid balance was around $2100 because the item I sold was worth $500. When the claim was opened, the funds were put on hold. Where were they put on hold? When it comes time to issue a refund? (After the return is processed), what happens? Will my balances be adjusted? Or is the $500 hidden from me and I can’t see it?
