What the hell eBay
I shipped the item with tracking, it got held up "In Transit" for a while, and the buyer requested a refund. I escalated to eBay (BIG MISTAKE) because I did genuinely feel bad that this was out of my control. Ebay found in their favor and I'm out $111 and don't have my original product to show for it.
What the hell are my options here?! I tried contacting them again but they said I was out of luck until the shipment status is "Delivered". I contacted the Better Business Bureau but don't know what to do there. The charge was automatically deducted from my PayPal account, which was a _very_ unauthorized transaction. If it were on a debit card I could just file a chargeback.
