I talked with a buyer and we agreed on the sale of an iPad. I had sent the iPad and provided tracking. Once it had been delivered the buyer created a claim saying the item wasn’t as described and said they were meant to receive a moncler jacket even though we had agreed to the sale of an iPad and I don’t even have a moncler jacket in my possession. I escalated the claim so PayPal could solve, I provided all the evidence and now I have to send my address so the buyer can send the item back. However the buyer claims to have received a t shirt even though I had sent the iPad. So I believe that the buyer will send something else other than my iPad and I will lose my £204 and my iPad. So I don’t know what to do. Please help me as the buyer is scamming me.
