I had sent out an item via depop and had messaged the individual all the measurements and they understood the measurements of the item, they have now decided to ask for a refund because the item is not as described because the item read size 18 when the description included sizes 14-18 because it was oversized the individual knew the size measurements and I gave them. This issue is i can’t afford to refund the buyer and do not want to go into any sort of debt. What does this mean for me?
