Am i being spoofed?

I am selling an item the person who wants to buy it says that they have sent payment but it isnt showing in my account when I said this to them they told me to check my emails as well as spam, when i checked spam there was an email in there from an email address and they keep emailing me asking if the item has been sent.

Thank you for your post.
It sounds like you have may have received a fake mail. Forward any suspicious email to spoof@paypal.com then, delete the suspicious email. Please note that payment would appear on your activity page if someone has sent it. I would recommend that you don’t ship the item until the payment reflects in your account activity.
