I would like to add a user to my PayPal account to send money so that he can buy advertisements for my online store and I thought of an idea to just remove the bank and cards from my account so that he can only send what is currently in the account but I wanted to see if anyone thought there are other risks with that idea or if it is possible for him to send more money than what is in the PayPal balance.
