Hi, in the last week I have had orders from people via eBay, then minutes later they contact me via mobile/eBay to tell me that they have ordered the item in error. On the 16th July I had three refunds in one day. It started with small amounts £7.50 and lots of different people wanting refunds for the same two items that I sell. Now it's other items from my eBay shop and larger amounts, £91.30. The money is in the PayPal account and then I refund them but they are saying "did not order the item and can I get a refund" please help.
