If i close my business paypal account then create again with the same details and documents and same Company information is it possible to create? Reason Because want to change my region/country.
If you are moving country then you have to close your account before you leave that country preferably and then open one in your new country.
If you close the account completely removing everything from it then you should be able to open one with the same details in your new country but would have to add a phone / address / bank accounts / cards etc from that country to it.
