Recently, I set up my PayPal account with Shopify. However, the phone number associated with the account has been recycled. I contacted support, but they keep insisting that this is the only way to access my account. After that, they completely ignore my messages. I don't understand; what if someone loses their phone? How can they access their account? Please help me.
