Hi I'm trying to create a PayPal personal account but the code does not come through to my phone. I have selected the code to be resent more than once and now I'm getting an error message "we can't send a code right now, please try again later". Can someone please assist

However it looks as if you may have opened another countries paypal account rather than one for your own country?

Go to settings in your paypal account and see what it says next to nationality?
