Cannot access my account. I did reset my password and still got a message that paypal cannot verify who I am and I need to call them.
I cannot get through to anyone. I tried different phone numbers and all due to corona have no representatives. Any ideas how to proceed?
No matter how I try to log in I get stuck in a permanent loop which always ends up on the "Authentication required" page.
It gives me a code and says "Use it when you get our call."
BUT I NEVER GET THE CALL!
I contacted PayPal support on Twitter. They sent me a contact phone number [removed, phone #s not allowed]. I rang and they sorted it out. I'm in the UK so don't know if that number will work from Greece.
Hi I desperately need to speak to someone in customer services and I cant get through to them. My account is locked to an old mobile number and I need to access it and for me to prove log-in it wants to send the verification text to my old mobile number. And for me to get through to customer services, its through an old mobile number also!! Please help
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
