Hello there, I'm just having a bug that I cannot change my ID number on my PayPal account, whenever I change it and I refresh the page it just doesn't show me the ID number that I've changed it into. Any solutions?
It sounds like this could be a browser issue. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies. Once that's completed, please try again using a different browser.
