I'm sorry you're having trouble linking your PayPal account to your PlayStation account. Before attempting to link the two accounts again, I recommend you check a few things on your PayPal account. First, you'll want to ensure your account is in good standing. You can check your Customer Identification Portal and Resolution Center for any outstanding actions. After that, you'll want to make sure you have added and confirmed a card. You can learn how by clicking on the hyperlinks I've included for our Help Center. Once everything is set up on your account, clear your cache and cookies on your preferred browser.
