I tried to set up a Balance Account, but it will not accept my street address.

It tells me to

• Check your street address and try again.

My street address is correct.

You have a U.S personal account so do you reside in the U.S?

I have the same issue - I can't change my primary address due to the same error, can't confirm my new email address, and nothing seems to function the way it should pretty much.
