I have an online store on WooCommerce, and the payment gateway is PayPal. I have many customers from the Middle East who pay using Visa cards because they don't have a PayPal account. In some cases, transactions come as pending.
This payment is pending while we review it.
In some cases, transactions do not get released and remain pending.
My customers are extremely frustrated; they have already made the payment and want to receive the product, but often the transaction remains pending.
I am very frustrated with this situation and am considering changing the payment gateway.
Do you have any advice?
