I can't edit my business information

Good day guys, 

 

I'm new to PayPal & unfortunately having troubles already. I can't edit my business information in my account settings; every time I try to fill the information & try to submit it. I get this pop-up message: " Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please check your entries and try again." 

 

I tried refreshing my page, turning on/off my VPN & also triple checked that all the info I'm inputting is correct but unfortunately, no hope. I look forward to hearing/receiving any suggestions or help from you.
