Can't close my account, even I have not any listed issues.

I decided to close my PayPal account, but it doesn't allow me even I have not any pending transactions nor subscriptions nor unresolved actions in the Resolution Center.

Chatbot also can't see any limitations.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

No, the "Close account" in the profile doesn't work as expected. Instead I went to "Data & Privacy" and requested to remove my personal data, there is also checkbox to close an account. This worked for one account I had and now I'm in process to delete this account I saw this issue first time.
