Account says bad request?

I tried to make my monthly payment & i keep getting BAD REQUEST? So i had to call into make a payment. Iv tried reaching out to paypal but to no avail. Has sny1 ran into this problem? Everything i try to do bad request? Help Thank u

To know the reason for the decline, please contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
